Description of the Requirement:

The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) has identified a requirement for the service of an experienced Consultant (s) for the completion of an intersectional Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) of the CanExport four sub-programs, in order to develop a comprehensive report which will effectively establish:

· key intersectional gender-based issues identified based on the review of the existing program cycles, processes and communication tools;

· revision of the program’s performance indicators that measure the results of the program from a GBA+ lens and allow for continuous evaluation and improvement of practices in the future;

· practical and actionable evidence-based recommendations that can be carried out to improve Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the delivery of the program.
