Description of the Requirement:

Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) is seeking a qualified contractor who can develop and implement various marketing projects for their Communications and Public Affairs Branch. The work would start immediately with a marketing campaign to be rolled out beginning August 2021.

The objective of this contract is to secure a firm who can complete various marketing projects for WAGE throughout the 2021-2022 fiscal year on an as-needed basis; projects will be determined throughout the year as opposed to being pre-determined. All projects will pertain to aspects of the Department’s Mandate—as is described below—and will involve marketing for a variety of public-facing communications activities such as commemorations, major events, or public awareness campaigns. This requirement will help WAGE expand its reach across the nation through the provision of marketing expertise and capacity.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2022.

Option to Extend the Contract:

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
