NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Title: Construct two (2) Single Story Modular Housing Units – Southend, SK

Description:

Full construction services required to construct two (2) single story modular housing units (each approximately 93m2 in size) on wood cribbing foundations:

• Install new underground sanitary services, septic tank and construct a new underground water services connecting into the existing well water system.
• Sitework to facilitate installation of housing module including but not limited to tree clearing, grubbing and granular installation.
• Connections to all infrastructure (power, propane)
• Deliver modules and set up on site if units are constructed in a factory setting.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2022 May 31st.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
