RFP Scope: 

FCC has a national mobility contract for cellular and data services that expires in the Fall of 2021. FCC currently has over 2000 corporate devices, as well over 1000 individual devices (under an Employee Purchase Program). The intent of this RFP is for FCC to select one or multiple Proponents who can meet the requirements outlined in this RFP, and provide a robust, high quality contract, with low cost.

• RFP issue date: July 23, 2021 

• Vendor questions accepted until: August 5, 2021 at 2:00PM* 

• RFP closing date and time: August 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM*

*Central Standard Time (CST)- Saskatchewan, Canada Time zone 

RFP Process Considerations: 
Vendors should note that: 

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. 

• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
