Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) Consulting Services: SNING21, Rapid response Engineering Consultant Services – Standing Offer Agreement, St-Jean Garrison and associated satellites sites

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.

The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm, who will enter into a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $100,000, and a term of one (1) year from the implementation of this SOA.

This SOA may be extended for three (3) one (1) year periods if both parties determine that such extension will be mutually beneficial. The value of this SOA may be increased by $100,000 three (3) times at any time.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
