DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No.HQ0857A1_76128 – Construction of an ammunition workshop, CFB Valcartier (QC)

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the construction of an ammunition workshop at Canadian Forces Base Valcartier. The new facilities of approximately 950 m² will include offices, warehouses and workshops, the addition and modification of utilities, landscaping and parking lots.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $8,850,000.00

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 730 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in

Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
