Description
By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for the requirement (Northern Canada Low-Temperature Thermochronology Data Mining and Relational Database Construction). This aims to:
- Data mine all published low-temperature thermochronology data and corresponding metadata within the Geo-Mapping for Energy and Minerals (GEM)-GeoNorth program footprint (Attachment #1 to Annex “A”)
- Develop a standalone relational database to host low-temperature thermochronology data for the Geological Survey of Canada (GSC), populated with publically available low-temperature thermochronology data from northern Canada (see footprint in Attachment #1 to Annex “A”).
Contract Period: From Date of Contract Award – March 31, 2022.
