Description of the Requirement:

Statistics Canada is seeking two (2) business consultants for the new Client Relationship Management (CRM) Program. The consultant will help gain a better understanding of the clients’ value drivers, establish a new way to assess the client experience and establish an account management strategy so that clients receive better service.

Level of Security Requirement:

There is no security requirement.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to March 31, 2022 along with one (1) option for a period of one (1) year.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be 110 days.
