    Description

    Description: The intention of this project is to replace the damaged weeping tile. Work to also include repair of the garage concrete bay pit.

    Specifically:

    1. Remove and replace exterior weeping tile, add an additional line of weeping tile (approximately 140 metres each) and tie into existing sump pumps.

    2. Repair the Garage concrete bay pit.

    3. Repair any affected areas to original condition including sidewalks, asphalt, landscaping and

    parging. 

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 31 March 2022.

    This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

    No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.

    There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
