Mobile Shredding for Protected “B” – High Volume Commercial Destruction: Confidential (HVCD-C) K Division Headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta

Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, K Division Information Technology (IT) unit in Edmonton, Alberta, has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Mobile Shredding Services at the RCMP K Division Headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta.

Delivery Date: The proposed period of the contract is a Thirty-Six (36) month period from the Contract Start Date to October 31, 2024.

The contract includes an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

Security:  This solicitation contains a security requirement.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
