Description of the Requirement:

The Department of Global Affairs Canada has a requirement for the evaluation of the Technical and Financial support of the Specified Purpose Account (SPA) (Basic Education Development Support Fund (FSDEB's)) pooled fund Technical and Financial Partner (TFPS) in Burkina Faso’s Education Sector (Period from 2017 to 2020).

NOTE: No incumbent has done any work under this requirement.

Level of Security Requirement:

There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), Canada–Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award to March 31, 2022.
