    Description

    General Requirements:

    The work covered under this project at Skinners Pond Harbour located in Prince Edouard Island, consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the rehabilitation of an existing steel sheet pile structure. The work include but is not limited to dredging and excavation; complete repairs to the steel sheet piling; install new tie-rods and walers bolts; backfill inside the existing structure; construct new concrete copewall; construct new concrete deck; install new curb and ladders assemblies; complete site grading and site cleanup; environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract.

    Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract.

    Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.

    All work under this contract must be completed by June 15st, 2022.
