Description
The CBSA has a requirement for one (1) Senior Quality Assurance/Management Specialist Consultant to perform an annual quality assurance review and assessment of completed CBSA administrative investigation files against internal corporate policy instruments (CPI’s), tools, and industry practices and guidance.
The proposed Contractor will provide the Security and Professional Standards Division (SPSD) with a senior subject matter expert knowledgeable in industry best practices and ongoing trends with respect to administrative investigations and quality assurance of a program result in the Government of Canada.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award up to three (3) years later + two (2) optional One (1) year periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 90 days total for the first 3 years from contract award and 30 days for each option periods for a grand total of 150 days options included.
