Description of the Requirement:

The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has a requirement for the provision of Stream 3 Project Manager and Technical Writer Consultants services to obtain, expertise and support in the new Canadian Energy Regulator (CER) Governance model. Expertise services are to be provided by resources on an "as-and-when-requested" basis through an approved Task Authorization.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

Proposed period of Contract: 

The proposed period of contract will be from the date of award for one year, with 2 additional one year option periods.

It is Canada’s intension to award up to two (2) contracts.
