Roof Replacement, Building 18, CEF, Ottawa.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of a qualified contractor, for the roof replacement at building 18, located on the Central Experimental Farm (CEF), 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario.

The closing date of this solicitation is Tuesday, October 26^th, 2021 at 02:00 pm.

There will be a mandatory site visit, by appointment only, for this requirement on, Friday, October 15^th, 2021 at building 18, CEF, Ottawa.

• The Project Authority will assign each bidder a specific time slot.

• The Departmental Representative will show the site to 1 contractor rep at a time (one-on-one).

• No questions will be answered during the site showing; all bidders’ questions

 must be submitted to the Contracting Authority by email and will be answered

by solicitation amendment/addendum following the site visit.

• Additional restrictions will include: The Bidder’s representative must not have

travelled internationally in the past 14 days, must not have symptoms of

COVID-19, must wear a facial covering, and must respect physical distancing

measures while on site.
