The CBSA requires the services of a Procurement Specialist Consultant(s) to support the Strategic Procurement Division (SPD) clients across the Agency with their Procurement requirements which will lead to Procurement planning strategies and selection methodologies such has Request for Proposal, Sole-Source/Directed, Procurement Tools (Standing offer and Supply Arrangements) with the possibility to use Treasury Board Submission, National Security Exception, Other Government Departments (ODG) Master of Understandings (MOU), etc.
