    TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES (THS) SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT

    This requirement is for: The Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada (OIC)

    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

    The Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) section at the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) requires one (1) or two (2) resource(s) to assist in the delivery of IT Infrastructure Operations Service Desk activities and services. A Request for Proposals (RFP) to suppliers generated from CPSS who are qualified under the streams and categories are listed above.

    PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

    The proposed period of the contract shall be from 8 November, 2021 (estimated) to 7 October, 2022.

    ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT :

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be 1,800 hours for each resource.
