RFP Scope:

FCC is looking to implement a consent and preference management solution to provide: 1) individuals with a dynamic experience to exercise choice and control over (what/how personal information is collected, used, and shared by (or on behalf of) FCC, and when/how they’d prefer to engage with FCC, making choices about communication frequency, topics, and channels), and 2) a single source of the truth for consent data to ensure FCC is easily able to comply with the authorization provided. 

RFP Schedule:

• RFP issue date: November 18, 2021
• Vendor questions accepted until: November 25, 2021 at 2:00PM*
• RFP closing date and time: December 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM *

Vendors should note that:

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time.
• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
