Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) to acquire a Procurement Specialist Consultant – Senior level to provide strategic procurement advisory services including planning and support in finalizing various aspects of competitive solicitation processes to support the Northern Contaminated Sites Program (NCSP) requirements in a range of activities: project management, human resources support, mining engineering support services, accounting support, independent peer review, strategic program management, environmental and health and safety management services, as well as other similar services. 

Level of Security Requirement:

COMMON-PS-SRCL#9 applies to this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2022 to __March 31, 2025 with 2 Option years.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 400 days
