Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number T8080-210203 dated December 3^rd 2021 with a closing of December 20^th 2021 at 2PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/PQ and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA:

 - Product Category 1 – Rotary Chair

2. Transport Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to Tower C, 330 Sparks St., Ottawa, ON by March 31st, 2022 for phase 1 and the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture between December 31 2022 and March 31, 2023 for phase 2 (optional products- date to be finalized).

3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
