Every three years, the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA) regularly undertakes a facilitated session to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. The GLPA is seeking proposals from bidders to provide consultation services to facilitate and assist its Board of Directors and management in the facilitation and development of a three-year strategic plan (2023-2025).
