Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), with the support of the Department of National Defence (DND), Department of Fisheries and Ocean (DFO) and Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Transport Canada (TC), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), as well as the Provincial BC Government, presented a virtual National Marine Procurement Outlook at the annual Business Opportunities Conference hosted by the Association of British Columbia Marine Industries (ABCMI) on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Vancouver, BC. All participating departments provided an overview of upcoming procurements in areas such as small vessel construction, vessel repair, refit and life extension, in-service support, sustainment, vessel chartering and other special projects in the realm of marine equipment.
Following the Outlook was a Q&A session that allowed in-person attendees as well as our virtual participants to ask follow-up questions.
