Mechanical Standing Offer

Scope of Work:
Test, maintain and replace existing systems and system components. This requires various licenced skilled trades personnel to meet current acts, codes and regulations.
Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Harrow Research and Development Centre located at 2585 County Road 20, Harrow, ON in the week of February 14 to 18, 2022. By appointment only, details below.
This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. The person(s) who attend must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine(s), or, for personnel that are unable to be vaccinated due to a certified medical contraindication, religion or other prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act, subject to accommodation and mitigation measures that have been presented to and approved by Canada.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority at Claudia.lauzier@agr.gc.ca no later than February 10, 2022 to confirm attendance and provide time, date and name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders must also complete and submit the Covid-19 certification form.
