Description

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a requirement for Software Maintenance and Support (M&S) services for the CRA’s existing erwin Data Modeler Software Solution and for the purchase of erwin Web Portal (eWP) as an add-on to the Software Solution and to purchase training and professional services on an as-and-when requested basis, as outlined in Annex A - Statement of Requirements (SOR).

This requirement includes options to convert CRA’s existing user licenses to concurrent licenses.

The period of any resulting contract will be for one year with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to 6 additional one-year periods.
