This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

Stream 3 – Project Management Services Stream

Category 3.1 – Project Administrator

Description of the Requirement:

To provide support to Environment and Climate Change Canada through the collection, analysis and reporting of data and information used to inform strategic and budgetary reporting and risk-based decision-making.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)

Proposed period of contract:

Period of the Contract

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2023 inclusive.

Option to Extend the Contract

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable

provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.

Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least 10 calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 1440 days (including options periods).
