BUILDING CLEANING SERVICE – DECELLES, QC

This contract will specify the limits and responsibilities of the contractor and
covers the clauses of his responsibilities regarding manpower, the supply of
material and equipment required for cleaning the installations of the National
Research Council located at 5145 avenue Decelles Montreal, Qc. H3T 2B2.
The contract will be for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one year each
optional. NRC reserves the right, at its discretion, to exercise 4 successive
and distinct renewal options of one year each at the anniversary date of the
contract authorisation. The terms, conditions and price for these options will
be the same as those described in the present document. This extension will
be done via a contract amendment posted at least ninety (90) days prior to
the contract anniversary date
The building area is approximately 70,000 sq. ft. spread over five (5) floors:
Level 1 – Integration Hall, Small Laboratories and Machine Shop. Level 2 –
Offices, Library, Conference Rooms, Main Lobby and Stairways. Level 3 –
Offices, Conference Room and Lunch Room. Level 4 – Offices and
Conference Rooms. Level 5 – Mechanical Rooms. As shown on the building
plans per level at Section 5 of this statement of work.
