Description:

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFATD) requires one (1) contract for the supply and delivery of 116 custom window frames and glass for the High Commission of Canada in Georgetown, Guyana as described in the Statement of Work (Annex A).

The work is to be performed on or after the contract award date which is tentatively scheduled for May 1, 2022. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.

There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel shall be escorted and placed under supervision of the High Commission of Canada at all times during the performance of the Work.

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
