The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for the following:
Scope of Work A: Commercial Aviation Business Intelligence Services
Scope of Work B: Air Service Development Consultant Services
Scope of Work A: Commercial Aviation Business Intelligence Services
To select one or more proponents for commercial aviation data and business intelligence services including:
- Passenger airline seat capacity (derived from Airline Flight Schedules Data); and
- Passenger data from one or both:
- Ticketed passenger sales data, (i.e. ticket settlement data from the International Air Transport Association Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC)); and/or
- Passenger booking data - Marketing Information Data Tapes (MIDT).
Scope of Work B: Air Service Development Consultant Services
To select a limited number of qualified, knowledgeable and experienced Air Service Development consultants that have the ability to serve as temporary contracted resources to DC’s Global Marketing and International team, working closely with the Senior Manager, Aviation.
