RFQ Scope:

FCC is looking to enter into a fee for service agreement with a real estate broker to perform a market survey regarding available office/commercial space in the range of 3,500 to 16,000 square feet, currently for rent in the Kanata and Barrhaven, ON areas.

This market research is expected to be completely confidential, without reference to FCC as client.

Please outline either your hourly fee and estimated work time required in hours, or a flat fee cost for the market evaluation.

RFQ Schedule:

• RFQ issue date: April 8, 2022
• Vendor questions accepted until: April 14, 2022 at 2:00PM*
• RFQ closing date and time: May 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM *
