The Embassy of Canada in Rome, Italy is responsible for providing meal coupons by means of electronic rechargeable cards to Locally-Engaged Staff (LES) of the Embassy of Canada in Rome, Italy and staff of the Embassy of Canada in the Holy See in Rome.
The objective of this requirement is to acquire the services of a company who will provide the mission up to a maximum of 30,000 electronic meal coupons with a face value of 5.20 Euros over the period of the first two years, plus an estimated 15,000 for each additional period, for a total estimated amount of 75,000 coupons over the 5-year period. The company will also have to provide approximately 25 new/replacement electronic rechargeable cards per year and, grant the Embassy the use of an APP OR an online self service portal.
