This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies):
3.7 Procurement Specialist – Level 3
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC)’s Procurement and Contracting Operations requires the services of Procurement Specialist – Senior to assist in awarding contracts in support of ECCC’s multiple client departments.
The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2023 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
The Resource Categories described below are required on an as and when requested basis in
accordance with TSPS Stream and Categories:
STREAM: 3.Project Management Services Stream
CATEGORY: 3.7 Procurement Specialist
LEVEL OF EXPERTISE: Level 3 (Senior)
ESTIMATED NUMBER OF RESOURCES: Up to 3 resources
ECCC reserves the right to issue up to 3 contracts.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2023 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort under the resulting contract will be for 1500 hours per resource per year.
