RFP Scope: FCC currently has one vendor providing End User Computing Services that include Mobile Device Management, End User Computing, Hardware Procurement, Managed Print Services, Application Management Services, Application Maintenance and SaaS Support Services. FCC, as part of this RFP is looking for three outcomes: Award to a vendor in User Support/Asset Management and Award vendor in Managed Print. FCC intends to award to the top vendor in each category; however, FCC will reserve the right and may not award to top vendor in each category if it provides business value to FCC to have one vendor provide both services. FCC will also establish a Pre- Qualified List of vendors for Innovative Initiatives with no determined number of vendors.
