Scope of Work:

The objective of this requirement is to assure window cleaning services for 36 of the Central Experimental Farm (CEF) buildings as per industry standards. In order to achieve this objective, all the identified tasks will be scheduled according to stated and required frequencies, bi-annual (spring & fall) or annual (spring).

Mandatory Site Visit

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 960 Carling Avenue, K.W. Neatby Bldg., Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6 on Thursday, May 26, 2022. The site visit will begin at 10:00am (EDT) in the front of the building.

This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. The person(s) who attend must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or, for personnel that are unable to be vaccinated due to a certified medical contraindication, religion or other prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act, subject to accommodation and mitigation measures that have been presented to and approved by Canada.

Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.

It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the BuyandSell service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the BuyandSell service provider.

AAFC reserves the right to accept any Proposal in whole or in part, without prior negotiation and reject any or all Proposals

received.
