This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the Ontario Region for the following category:

C3. Information Technology Security Threat and Risk Assessment and Certification and Accreditation Analyst / C3. Analyste de la certification et accréditation et des évaluation de la menace et des risques en sécurité des technologies de l'information

Description of Work:

The Contractor will provide two (2) Threat and Risk Assessment and Certification and Accreditation Analysts in order to contribute, review, validate and develop IT security related documentation such as , but not limited to : IT Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) for PROTECTED B / Medium Integrity / Medium Availability ; Statement of Sensitivity (SOS); Threat Risk Assessment (TRA); Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA); Vulnerability Assessments (VS scans); Authority to Operate (ATO); etc.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource

Contract Duration:

The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.

Estimate Level of Effort: 

 100 days per resource

Security Requirement: Common PSPC SRCL #9 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) - Reliability

Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability
