Description of the Requirement:
Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) requires up to 4 Human Resources consultants to assist hiring managers with staffing processes, and the provision of various assessment tools and services, on an as required basis.
The Human Resources Consultants would work with hiring managers to understand and articulate staffing needs, prepare and conduct recruitment and staffing processes, develop evaluation tools, case studies, analysis tests, skill tests, knowledge tests and others, as needed. Specifically, WAGE requires the ability to use standardized or customized online tests that are varied, tested, secure, tailored to the federal government context, and coordinated, managed, and administered by the consultants from their own web-based platform.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from August 15, 2022, to August 14, 2023.
Option to Extend the Contract:
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
