    Description of Work:

    The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Canada of School Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of Contractors to provide resources to perform Cyber Protection activities such as, but not limited to, the development and review of IT Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, and perform Security Assessments & Authorizations (SA&A), Threat & Risk Assessments (TRA), Certifications & Accreditations (C&A), and Vulnerability Assessments (VA), on an “as-and-when-requested” basis, of the CSPS network, systems, applications, and/or services, to provide a risk evaluation of the possible threats and vulnerability attacks and provide recommendations on how to mitigate the risks identified.

    The CSPS wants to modernize its digital infrastructure and workspace. CDO is undergoing with the planning, management and deployment of technology solutions to support the integration of enterprise applications using business processes, collaboration, Microsoft 365, data modernization and portals. This undertaking will focus on planning, deploying, and targeting new or significant modifications of existing and new enterprise implementations. CDO has a requirement for IT cyber security experts to support CSPS and CDO in this endeavour.

    The Contractor must provide resources on an “as and when requested” basis, through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TAs), to develop and review IT Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, and perform Security Assessments & Authorizations (SA&A), Threat & Risk Assessments (TRA), Certifications & Accreditations (C&A), and Vulnerability Assessments (VA).

    • The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
