Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Contaminated Sites and Biological Resources Consulting Services: ES17SL01, Various Locations Western Canada

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations in Pacific and Western Canada.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents.

The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 6,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $400,000.00 and $1,250,000; the minimum commission value is $400,000 and there is no maximum value. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
