This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

• 2.13 Performance Measurement Consultants: 1 x Intermediate (Level 2)
• 3.3 Project Leader/Executive: 1 x Senior (Level 3)
• 3.8 Financial Specialist: 1 x Senior (Level 3)
• 3.8 Financial Specialist: 2 x Intermediate (Level 2)

Description of the Requirement:

The Courts Administration Service (CAS) has a requirement for professional services to assist in the life cycle costing of new, updated, or existing investments and to review/update the existing costing model structure. The contractor is to provide costing capacity in life cycle costing to the CFO.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required - None

Resource Minimum Security Level Required- Secret

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to March 31, 2024.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year option period under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract is as followed:

• 2.9 Statistical Analyst: Intermediate (Level 2) – 60 days
• 2.13 Performance Measurement Consultants: 1 x Intermediate (Level 2) – 30 days
• 3.3 Project Leader/Executive: 1 x Senior (Level 3) – 55 days
• 3.8 Financial Specialist: 1 x Senior (Level 3) – 100 days
• 3.8 Financial Specialist: 2 x Intermediate (Level 2) – 200 days for each resource.
