    Request for Proposals (RFP) – ServiceNow Development Operations (DevOps) Support

    RFP Scope: 

    FCC is utilizing ServiceNow on the most recent version in a Software as a Service (Saas) environment. Via this RFP, FCC is seeking to select one (1) Proponent to be a trusted partner to assist with Development Operations (DevOps) for FCC’s ServiceNow platform. It is expected that such selected Proponent would provide a robust, dedicated, and experienced team of ServiceNow experts to work alongside FCC’s internal subject matter experts as part of an integrated team (built around a “one team” concept and alignment to FCC’s Agile practices) by supporting FCC’s current environment, resolving and implementing any bug fixes/defects, developing/implementing enhancements, performing project work (as required), and providing input and though leadership regarding new features and future innovations. 

    RFP Schedule: 

    • RFP issue date: August 8, 2022 

    • Vendor questions accepted until: August 15, 2022 at 2:00PM* 

    • RFP closing date and time: September 1, 2022 at 2:00PM*
