The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking a Contractor to provide Formative Evaluation Services of the Expert Deployment Mechanism for Trade and Development (EDM) project.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 - $0 - $3.75M for the following Stream: Business consulting / Change management stream.

- One (1) resource for the following Stream: 2. - Business Consulting / Change Management Stream, Category 2.12 - Evaluation Services Consultant, Level Intermediate.

- Two (2) resources for the following Stream: 2. - Business Consulting / Change Management Stream, Category 2.14 - Subject Matter Expert, Level Intermediate.
