Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Strategic Assurance Consultant Services - Digital Business Capability (DBC), Ottawa, ON (Project No.: DCC-IT-020-01)

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services:

• provide third party, independent guidance, recommendations and assurance services on industry standard approaches and digital transformation trends and technologies to successfully implement and the meet requirements of DCC’s DBC initiative.
• provide project reviews at the different stages of the initiative, including but not limited to: quarterly assurance assessment reports, milestone readiness assessment reports, and post-implementation assessment reports.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The total budget for this contract is $500,000.00.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
