Description of Work:
Indigenous Services Canada requires services related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform for requirements including business transformation of existing case management solutions, implementation of new Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, departmental onboarding to new Dynamics-based and Power Platform solutions, integration of new Dynamics and Power Platform systems with existing departmental systems, modernization and evolution of existing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions (e.g. mobile technology) and advancement of and support for the adoption of common solutions.
- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
- The work is currently being performed by The Halifax Computer Consulting Group Inc. under contract 4600001861 (4600001608) (value $2,100,735.00)
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
