This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578 – 170432/B who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

Category of resource: Stream 4: B.1 Business Analyst, Intermediate; Stream 5: P.1. Change Management Consultant, Senior and P.10. Project Scheduler, Senior.

Description of Work:

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for the professional services of three (3) experienced resources, one (1) Business Analyst (intermediate), one (1) Change Management Consultant (senior) and one (1) Project Scheduler (senior) capable of performing all services and related duties in support of the TCS Digital Evolution Initiative for two (2) years with an additional two (2), one (1) year option periods.
