    Description of Work:

    Infrastructure Canada (INFC) (“the Client”) is seeking advisory services to supplement and update INFC’s understanding of institutional investment strategies and what this means for the use of alternative finance models such as P3s or the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), including how they can be leveraged for support. Specifically, to identify the current most important considerations for private sector investors in Canadian infrastructure, and offer potential policy solutions for encouraging additional private investment in major Canadian infrastructure projects.
