Onsite Mobile Shredding Services

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires secure on-site or mobile paper and/or material document destruction services. Paper documents include, but are not limited to, correspondence, memoranda, books, plans, maps, drawings, diagrams, photographs, and any other paper documents.

The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is February 20, 2023.

There are Security Requirements.

Contractors must be escorted at all times when within RCMP space.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
