Objective:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Conservation and Protection (C&P) program, has an operational requirement to secure the contract for a contractor to provide hail management information receival services.
We require a contractor to provide 24/7 call center services for receiving hail calls and forwarding associated data to DFO.
Period of the Contract
The period of the Contract is from March 15, 2023 to March 31, 2024 inclusive with the option to extend up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions in the RFP document
