Description of the Requirement:

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC)’s Digital Strategies & Information Management Directorate (DSIM) requires the services of Senior Procurement Specialists to provide strategic advice and ongoing support for various procurement processes, to both internal and external clients of DSIM to support of IM/IT initiatives.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: N/A

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)”, “the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the “Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract: 

The period of any resulting contract will be from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024.Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
