Description

The objective of the Work is to provide the Tobacco Control Directorate (TCD) of Health Canada with analytical laboratory service of tobacco and vaping products, as required and described by the Regulations detailed in Section 3 above or any future regulations relevant to tobacco control. The required services also include research and development of the methods used to carry out the analyses and to enhance TCD knowledge of tobacco products, products relevant to tobacco control and measures of exposure or toxicity as defined below. All services will be performed on an "as and when requested basis".

The initial period of the Contract will be from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 plus three (3) one (1) year option periods.
