A.12 Web Architect (UX), Level 3 (16 resources)

A13 Web Designer (UX), Level 3 (12 resources)

B.1 Business Analyst (UX), Level 3 (5 resources)

Description of Work:

TC is responsible for developing and overseeing the Government of Canada’s transportation policies and programs so that Canadians can have access to a transportation system that is safe, secure, green, innovative, and efficient. TC strives to meet these objectives by proposing and updating policies, laws and regulations; conducting inspections, enforcement activities and surveillance of the transportation industry’s equipment, operations and facilities; and providing funding to organizations for projects that strengthen the transportation network, including safety improvement projects, technological innovations and green transportation initiatives.

The Office of the Chief Service and Digital Officer of TC provides Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) systems, services, and advice to managers and employees. It is responsible for the provision of resources to develop and implement software applications, maintain and evolve the department’s IM/IT environment, provide the hardware and software required by employees, develop and maintain the department’s computer applications, and manage the resulting data. 

Bidders must submit one bid.

Current Incumbent: Similar work is currently being performed by TekSystem Canada Corp. under contract T8086-172450/005/ZM (value $23,78,543.35 excluding applicable taxes). However, the contract includes one (1) other resource category.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
