RFP Scope
FCC’s current incumbent has one (1) dedicated team augmenting FCC’s internal network team. The incumbent team is comprised of a dedicated Engagement Manager, dedicated Network Engineers (Level 3) and Network Analysts (Level 2). The NOC service (Level 1) is not dedicated. The FCC internal network team is comprised of a Network Architect, a Senior Network Analyst, and Network Analyst. FCC has approximately 2800 end users that include employees and contractors in 100 sites across Canada. There is a flexible work model of work from home (WFH) and in office presence in place. FCC requires a dedicated Proponent team to provide network operations.
FCC, as part of this RFP, is seeking for one (1) Proponent to provide services as outlined in the RFP Scope (Part 4) of the RFP. The expectation is that the Level 2/3 resources are dedicated and augment the FCC network team. FCC values a positive customer experience and VIP service with an expected NPS score of 70.
